"I stay here often, every other month or so. This last visit I was met with a staff who was not interested in being helpful. Except for check in & the spa I was provided with zero customer service. Valet did not greet me and watched as I unloaded my bags and took them to my room. They did the same thing upon my departure. Watched me load my bags and then stood there waiting for a tip. You need an overhaul on bath towels, they are paper thin and yellow. Lastly the "VIP" lounge has zero snacks,...

"Very clean and quiet."

"Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the breakfast room was small and crowded. We were hoping for some protein options and the only protein available was some eggs that looked fake. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere."

"Great location and easy check in process. Didn't get to explore much of the amenities but the room was spacious. I booked a king bed and it came with a sofa bed as well, mini fridge and microwave."

"The breakfast was ok. I didn’t realize it was next to I-11 so it was pretty loud at night. Something to be aware of. One thing I was frustrated with was I put hand towels on the floor due to them being dirty and they wouldn’t give me new towels and kept hanging the same dirty ones up again which was gross. "

"We checked in, they said there were no king beds available so they “upgraded” us to a double bed. If we booked a king bed shouldn’t that be on hold for the person that reserved it? Got to our room and beds weren’t made, toilet had feces In It, flushed the toilet and it was clogged! We go to change rooms and got to our new room. There was severe water damage in the bathroom, and outer bathroom area the floor was buckling, crowning, and molding"
