"It is a very nice and clean hotel. The location is great! Staff never seem to be on property, which makes things difficult when you need help. We called the numbers provided for help and it said the numbers were no longer in service. Other than that, we had a great time!"

Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. "I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."

"Stayed in the family room. Good size with everything you need. Lovely shower. My only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t great. All four of us never really had a great night’s sleep. Loved the Sky pool. Bar the mattresses, really enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean, and housekeeping services have been excellent. The staff were mostly helpful with the odd person seeming rather grumpy. Breakfast was amazing, though - why no fish option? The pool was really good. Gym - well equipped. The place could be more sustainable - the use of plastic is ubiquitous, for example plastic water bottles, plastic cleaning wipes in the gym. I also think that the hotel is due a little refurb - it does feel a bit tired inside. Overall, however, it was great."

"Brilliant value. It was basic but it had everything we needed for a small family get away. Basic 2 burner hob and small table top oven to heat things up. Some things we needed to buy to make it a bit more comfortable like dish soap and better bathroom wash. But we had a shop over the road that sells most things and if you get a car you have a Lidl supermarket 10min away "

"Property location was good just a 10 min walk from the square. Staff were mostly polite and friendly. Pool was ok plenty of sun beds for the time of year we were there. Menu for breakfast was limited to the same 6 items every day. Rooms very basic. No safe no kettle had to ask at reception for a hair dryer and remote control for air con (€5 deposit) no plugs in the bath and sink so could only use shower which again was basic.
