"Super convenient location, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, where we took the train directly from the airport. Check in was wonderful! The receptionist was lovely and made us feel right at home. The washrooms in the apartment left a little to be desired (bathtub was not operational and sink stoppers did not work well) but otherwise very clean and well equipped. "Staff was very rude. We had informed about early check in and was told we can get if room is empty. The room was cleaned and empty as well but when asked the receptionist staff was very rude and mentioned we cannot let you in and said we have signed and contract and should abide by that. We asked 5-10 mins before 3pm and still she mentioned there is still some time left and didn’t allow. Was rude to even answer the questions. Not all but specific staff"

"It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. "The hotel is newly renovated which is very cozy. The location and environment is excellent. I used to live in Earl's court area when i visited London. The size of room is as small as usual (kind of London's standard). The flooring is non-carpet one (I like it~). The hotel provides coffee and water (cold and hot) for free, the coffee machine and water dispener located just next to the lobby, which make it stands out. Will definitly visit again. "
