"After staying here for 5 days, I am very confused about some of the low/poor reviews. People seem to expect 5* hotel experiences on a hostel budget... Considering this is a hostel and the very low price, I am impressed - FAR better than I expected for such a low cost. Every hostel and dorm-share will have small issues regarding other guest behaviour and bathroom cleanliness but the staff here do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From check-in to check-out, staff...

"Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. "
