"This room was horrible it was nasty and the bed was nasty and the Jacuzzi in the room didn't work. They moved us to another room where there was a leak coming from the air conditioner that damaged our items in the room just for them to tell us we can go back to the broken dirty room that we came from it was horrible! I should have known better when I seen the front desk clerk with her pillow and blanket sleeping when we came in. I wouldn't advise this hotel to anyone else and whoever owns the chain needs to go take a look at what is being represented by quality inn and make them change the name! That's how bad it was!!!"
