"An absolutely gem of a hotel right beside the White House. Top of the top. And yet the Daly rate on Expedia was less than many of the two or three star hotels that we have stayed at in the past. "Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional! The room was very clean and appliances were modern and nice. However, it appeared dated with the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Price was great! Would reccomend!"

"No operational safe in room for stay. The “reflection” pool is not a swimming pool, its only for looks. Given different times for common area use (Grill), depending on who is working. Rats problem so take your trash out on 3rd floor…."
