"The staff were respectful, amazing, and always willing to help. The family side had better amenities than the adults-only section, and I also found the food to be a lot better on the family side of the resort. This was my second stay at a Barceló resort, the first was in Cancún, Mexico. One last thing: the rooms are a bit dated and could use modernizing."
