"The room was clean and decently maintained. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. Pools were nice and clean, not too busy overall. The restaurant options were good. Best place to eat was the Mexican restaurant. Toro (steakhouse) was fine but we found the food to be warm when it arrived at the table (not hot). The buffet at the Market offered good selection."

"Fast check-in process. Downfall was people trying to sell bracelets, cigars, boat rides, hats constantly while trying to relax on the beach. Another issue was a cat running around a restaurant that you needed a reservation for (reservations were very difficult to make as well). My family are all allergic to cats and just not appropriate."

"It was a beautiful resort, staff was very friendly. Watch out for the staff trying to offer you activities they lure you into a trap. They want people to sign up for a travel club for $14,500 dollars, and want at least a 3,000 down payment up front. If anyone say anything about a presentation say no thank you, unless you want to sign up for the travel club it do offer a lot of good discounts for future trips."

"La estadía en wl hotel desde que llegamos fue excelente, las habitaciones siempre limpias y rellenas con toallas y café el buffette y restaurantes excelentes y buena y fresca variedad de ensaladas todos los dias y el personal en todas las estaciones super excelentes y muy amables todo el tiempo. Lo recomiendo al 100% siempre. Muchas gracias x su hospitalidad."

"Love the staff!!!! They really make you feel welcome and want you to enjoy yourself. Our butler Jorge was there for us whenever we needed him. The bar staff at the pool was very entertaining and on point!! This place is a huge value for the money. It was our second visit and will be going again."
