"The worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Food was awful and we all got E. Coli poisoning. The pool looked like somebody threw up in it for 4 days never cleaned it. Tons of trash around both pools. They won’t let an Uber or Uber eats into the property. The require you to walk all the way across the property more than 20 minutes to try to negotiate with the front desk person who still won’t let them in. If you try to book a tour, not with the hotel, they also won’t let the tour operator in and force you to take a cab down to their security gate, which is five minutes down the road. The cab drivers all just sit there, basically waiting to rip you off. So if you wanna pay a fortune to get food poisoning and feel like you’re in jail, stay here. On top of that. None of the staff act like they’re at work. Literally, you will stand at every counter, waiting to get your own drinks, while all of the servers just stand around, none of them, clearing your table or helping you. We even have the lovely experience of one of the staff members watching a video, while he was standing at our table, then looked at us, shrugged, picked up a plate like we had inconvenienced him. None of us spoke a single word to each other. At one of the restaurants we watch them dump and entire tray of champagne. All over a group of people. It took nine minutes for them to come back with paper towels, starting to wipe up the floor never helping the people that were soaking wet and never removing the glass."

"While the resort shines in many areas, the daily "sun lounger struggle" was a major drawback. It seems there simply aren't enough loungers for the number of guests, forcing us to wake up between 6:00 and 7:00 AM just to secure a spot under a tent. This definitely put a damper on the trip. On the plus side, the swimming areas are warm and kept very clean, and the staff are generally friendly and eager to help. The dining experience is a highlight, offering a huge variety of food that caters to everyone—from kids and vegetarians to seafood and meat lovers. As for the accommodations, the rooms appear to be undergoing staggered updates, as some feel freshly renovated while others still need attention."

"We had a wonderful time. WiFi was very spotty though. Food was good, not great but the staff and the resort was gorgeous and clean. Would go back!"

"lovely experience here, we’ve been to majestic resorts multiple times and will always be charmed back in. wendi cruz took care of us our entire trip and made things very accessible for my grandparents. she helped us surprise my mom for her birthday with a cake, flowers, and balloons. can’t wait to go back and see her again!"

"I would recommend avoiding the buffet seafood, as it was not very fresh. The meat options were acceptable. I do not recommend the Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend Bavaro Coffee, and the French restaurant was very good, especially the desserts. The Mediterranean restaurant was not recommended. However, the restaurant next door to the Mediterranean restaurant is highly recommended due to its high-quality steak. Additionally, we experienced an issue one morning when there was no water in our hotel room."
