"We did a family vacation- Two adults, one 11 and 16 year old. Our room was large and very nice. We were a short walk to the main area and pools. We did not get bugged for a time share and avoided it. We had a butler who helped us with a few things like reservations but never saw him much and he messaged us later asking how things were going and we were already back in the states. The pools and activities were endless- lots of shows, things to do for kids and music going on as well as the water park. There were a ton of teenagers for spring break and many were drinking so be aware if you are offended. Especially in the evening. The resort is large but easy to get around on the trams or walking. Better interactive maps in the app would be nice. The beach was rough and red flagged- no swimming our entire 6 day stay but beautiful. We did wade our feet and take pictures. The pools all vary and we had a blast in the water aerobics and DJ games, etc. The drinks were good but no real poolside service- you have to order and places for lunch around the pool have long lines. The only downside was the food. It was awful- we actually joked we lost weight was we did not eat. It is processed food and for large numbers. No real taste and gross. Zen was pretty good and a fun place. That meal was one of the better ones. The coffee cafe was okay but the coffee was not good. Room service says it takes 45 minutes but more like 1.5-2 hours in the AM. Big bummer of us"
