"We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura."

"We only stayed a few hours to sleep before or next flight out. Check in and check out were very convenient. Our room's door would not close properly but we were too tired to deal with it so we just put out suitcases in front of the door."

"Great location only 5 minutes drive from airport. Nice clean area with plenty of places to eat out and a supermarket behind building. Room nice and clean and host very nice polite lady. Grass place to stay if you want to be closer to airport."

"So convenient going to terminal 3 thru the bridge access. Too old Kitchen pots and pans should be replaced or upgraded. Staff were so attentive to the needs."

"This place has a roach problem. Description says in unit laundry, which would mean a washer AND dryer available, not just a washer. Had to pack wet clothes upon checking out before getting on my flight. It should be listed as washing machine only so people know they will have to hang dry their clothes. Also is listed as tv in the room, when theyre is not a single channel or streaming service connected. It should be in the listing the only thing available is to watch youtube. Check in process was...

"Convenient location to just relax after your trip. City view with balcony room is amazing. Plenty of places to eat. Highly recommended and definitely will go back. "

"The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc."

"Room number 323 was excellently presented. Bathroom was as new finished to very standard Had to request more towels - only one was provided. Included breakfast was very poor for a westerner’s taste. It took almost an hour before it was served This was unimportant since we would eat at the airport lounge. Staff all tried hard to please. Extremely good value for overnight between flights We will use this hotel next time"

"There was roach in the property, so it wasn't clean enough needs to be cleaned. I didn't expect this much in the property.Having l roach. Has to be more clean and taking care of it, and also the towels was real bad. You can't even dry yourself. They have to fix those otherwise. TV was okay and you could watch most of the movies and you have all the dishes and pants. So otherwise it's okay."
