"Happy with everything."

"Our room was excellent, the community area was well stocked with utensils, cooking and dinner ware. Everything was very clean, comfortable and warm. The patio area overlooking the road/city center was wonderful. Location is fantastic!!! Roughly the center point of the city center, shops and restaurants abound. We were in Iceland two weeks, easily our favorite place. Would definitely rebook here if we were to return. Highly recommended."

"Room was spacious, clean. Location was great too. Bonus point: you have bakery connected to the hotel if you want to get some quick breakfast and coffee. "

"It is right above a bar that plays live music every night. It didn’t bother us too much but it can get quite loud at night. Room itself was good for a family of 4, but in general needs a little updating/tlc."

"The location is wonderful. The instructions for the washer/dryer were for a different model and didn't help. Our windows and balcony looked out into a excavation hole. As apparently the building that was there was torn down which the picture for the apartment didn't show. There was a large stain outside our interior door to the apartment that smelled like old fish. The curtains need attention, they are hanging off the curtain rods. We were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for our 4 day stay....

"This property manager is TERRIBLE!' Did not reply to emails-a horrific & costly experience for 6 senior citizens gals! / all who have been blessed by travel! They could have proactively replied & redirected us to another of their listings, but DID Not! I will be contesting all charges together with detailed letter & photos! Do NOT recommend them!"

"The room was good. It was clean and I loved the location of the room, which was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and downtown areas. The WiFi was terrible, however, especially for someone who relies heavily on it to communicate. The television barely worked due to the WiFi being spotty. Also, just to inform future travelers, Iceland restrooms tend to emit sulfuric aromas due to the underground volcanic activity. My room was heavy on the sulfur scent, especially in the shower area....

"Spacious condo studio, with kitchenette. Spacious bathroom. Location is a bit far from Reykjavik city center (20 min driving), but it's easy to get on Route 1."

"Great location in the heart of the city, easy walking distance to everything. We liked that this room has a separate bedroom and sitting area. Bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE which was a very welcome surprise after all the walking we did during the day. Would absolutely recommend this location and stay there again.
