"We rented two rooms from Black Pearl as we concluded our trip through Iceland. The apartments were great - even better than advertised. Plenty of space in the common areas and sufficient room in the bedrooms. Everything you need is provided, and the refrigerator is stocked with drinks and snacks for a fee. We didn't have anything, so I can't comment on price, but I assumed expensive because hotel mini-bars are usually expensive everywhere. The apartments were clean. We did not have breakfast, so...

"Stayed at this propoerty with my mom and we loved it! Our flight got in late but checking into the room at 2am was very easy. Some of the most comfortable beds we have stayed on and had great amenities in the room. We also ran into the owner on our way out who was very kind and caring and interested to hear about our stay and very receptive to our small feedback for improvements. Also a great location near the Flybus terminal and the main shopping street."

"Close to downtown and walkable. Adequate for what I needed. Bed was very uncomfortable, TV remote did not work, shower curtain smelled bad, floors were dirty when I got in. I paid extra to check in early and tried to access the room at 2 (regular check in at 3). I called when the code didnt work and they told me they couldn't verify that I paid for early access but the money had already come out of my account. They wanted me to get all the documents and send it to them so they could review it...
