"I just booked the room to be close to the airport for a very early flight the next morning. The room was clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable and the front desk staff are GREAT! Big shout out THANK YOU to "Big Rich" Richie! :) Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed as a last minute booking. Free shuttle service from the airport was nice after a cancelled flight. The staff is very friendly and we had a good stay."

"The hotel is getting some basic updates but really needs a full remodel. It has a date feel. The hallways had a musty-wet smell to them. If you needed a place to stay on a budget, this will do."

"I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. I always pull the sheets back when I first arrive. It was hair in the bed and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk said “oh, housekeeping is not here, but I’ll give you some clean sheets” , so I had to change my own sheets as well. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Parking was fine. Overall it wasn’t 8/10 like the ratings stated. I would say maybe 5/10."

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Unfortunately several of the elevators were closed for maintenance and the indoor pool and spa were also closed for renovation. We were not told ahead of time so the grandkids were very disappointed. Since breakfast was not included we just purchased a few snacks and coffee at their small store."

"The manager at the front desk was terrible and not good with English. he was not understanding that i had already prepaid for the room and just needed the key and to check in. he was not helpful and did not change the reservation back 1 day so i could retrieve my id. its never that serious. they just took our money like it wasnt booking for a room there.- Brandy"

"Staff was friendly, helpful, polite, respectful. Our room was not ready so she quickly changed us to another room. No wait. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Great amenities. Safe environment. Highly recommend."

"The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit. Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids) The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside"
