"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"I remember it as a premiere Hilton Hotel when I was a child in the 70s. It was a fun step back in time for me and now as a Crowne Plaza it’s still very well maintained."

"Overall stay was very good and affordable; however, at the time of checking in an initial refundable charge of $100 is also applied for incidentals. ( Get it back upon checking out). The room size was spacious for three people. It came with a standard size kitchen, bathroom, and two queen beds, two televisions and plenty storage spaces. Basic Breakfast is included with stay. Location is close to Walmart approx 1-2 blocks away and approx 3 miles to UNM."

"We stayed overnight here on our drive from the Phoenix area to the Denver area. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was nice. The staff was courteous and attentive. It was exactly what we needed on our trip."

"Had to wait almost an hour for help getting in my room upon arrival as the key card didn't work. Basically adequate, except for the stink of the room. Double the price I normally pay for a room at new by places. The view to pull out on busy street was obstructed by curvy road and bushes by street they had planted. Very dangerous. Hope I never need to stay there again."

"What a perfect place for us. The man at the desk was helpful and professional. There was plenty of parking and they accept pets. The room is very spacious, there was a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a stove top. There's a table in the kitchen with two tall chairs and a coffee pot. The bathroom is large with plenty of room to move around after you get out of the shower! The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and they had lots of movie channels.
