"Overall the stay I had here was okay, The breakfast is the main highlight here as everything seems to be made fresh and there is a variety of breakfast foods. The rooms are clean and are in good condition, however one main complaint I have is that the hot tub they have advertised in this place doesn’t exist and there is nothing there, the pool is okay but doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned regularly. "The breakfast was fresh only issue was they had 2 coffee machines out of service, but staff was very good about making sure we got coffee. Pool area was clean and plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy."

"Fantastic location for a short or long stay! The room was soooo spacious which was welcomed after visiting other EU cities where the rooms were small. I really enjoyed the easy check in as I fly in at 11PM and got to the hotel around 12:30AM. It was seamless and the room was very clean. The owners were very responsive to my questions before arriving and the rep in the pffice was very kind. I would def stay here again and rec to other solo travelers."

"Locations was perfect. Close to the metro when you’re coming from the airport or to connect to any metro line. Rooms are small but very clean. And very close to the major sites. the cathedral, the Agusta Arch, santa Justa lift. And the famous tram 28 has a stop right outside the hotel."

The staff was warm, responsive, knowledgeable about what to see and fun to talk to. The TimeOut Market is right across the street - great for food, deserts, even dancing on the two nights we were there. Close to everything in old town and the river.
