"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"Felt safe. Very clean. Pool and surrounding area looked nice. Very limited food items. So not really a breakfast provided. Beds were clean but not exactly comfortable. But overall a very nice place for the price. Would definitely stay again."

"We came to Pigeon Forge for my daughter’s dance competition! This hotel was the perfect location! The staff was more than accommodating. Jake was so helpful in getting our two families rooms right next to each other! The hotel was very clean, no issues at all! The breakfast was fine, can’t complain! We would stay here again!"

"Yes and very cozy and very clean. My only complaint was the water in kitchen and bathrooms was iron in the water left stains in the kitchen and bath tubs. I don’t know about the hot tub we did not use it "

"I enjoyed the stay. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The staff was great !!! Very attentive to our needs and made sure we had clean towels and the trash was emptied daily."

"The stay was good.few thing i want to talk about.1STcleaning services said every 3rd day.so that meant no new towels and no beds made up.2nd thing breakfast was good one morning they had eggs sausage and potatoes.very good except potatoes were spicy and i have a bad stomach...next morning sausage eggs a biscuit and gravy..Very good.Its seems to be a every other day exchange...food was good just f u cant eat spicy ffood maybe you need to look at just potatoes with no spice...I am jusst pointing...
