"We were looking for a pizza & beer place to eat after our hike to Mt. LeConte. Unable to find a place before closing, we saw that the hotel had a restaurant "Kitchen+Bar". Our meal couldn't have been more perfect! Our witty & pleasant bartender/waitress Frances O. rocked it! Our "build your own" pizza with our added request of green chilis was outstanding! Kudos to the chef as well! We also appreciated Celeste, and all her helpfulness! Keep up the good work!"

"The room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Have no real issues..the door handle to the shower was extremely loose and needed to be tightened but that was the only issue, which I made them aware of upon checkout. Overall it was good."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this motel. First thing was the toilet made a HORRIBLE sound every 15 mins all night long. MY HUSBAND TRIED TO WORK ON IT BUT IT DID NOT HELP. SECONDLY, the young gentlemen that checked me in was also the same one standing outside our door when we pulled back in from eating along with 2 other men and when we started walking toward them they scattered like the wind. The young black man that worked there ran to a employee only door and the other 2 jumped...

"I was placed in room 122. Upon pulling around to park, immediately saw the blue tarp and said , yep thats where we'll be. Sure enough it was for the bedroom. The first night, we got almost no sleep from all the outside news of traffic and loud revving cars combined with guests talking out by their cars. I went in living room area and it was much quieter so it was due to some insulation issues with the window there from the apparent fire that had occurred by looking at the siding at the top...
