"I've stayed here on numerous occasions and it's always 5 stars from me but this time it wasn't as good. They were painting 2 floors below and the smell of paint thinners was overpowering. They should have had more ventilation on the floors before. Also they give tea bags, coffee etc in the room but no milk. Every time I've stayed I ask for a very small amount of milk to have with my tea in the room as none is provided. Every other time it was given without question but this time they wanted me...

"No hot water, even though I followed the receptionist's instructions. Water leaked from the tap in the wall and didn't come out of the shower. Soap dispenser was broken.
On the positive side, the AC worked, the shuttle service was prompt and responsive and the staff were very nice and responsive. The early morning wake up call came on time."
