"Stayed for one night. It was my first time and will be the last. Customer Service was great and thats about it. Towels with hair, not one or two. Some towels had hair that looked like the previous guest shaved, wiped their face and left it there for the next guest to use. Floor was super sticky. Had to wear shoes the entire time. The microwave was dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Sheets also had hair and looked like they didnt bother to use fresh sheets for new guests. It went...

"The staff at this hotel are amazing and great stewards of the Cedarbrook Lodge brand. I was not feeling well and they were extremely accommodating and kind. Its these experiences along with the beautiful PNW backdrop that keeps me coming back every time I'm in town!"

"Really appreciate the 1 bedroom and kitchenette for families. There were some items not working in the room such as the second sprayer in shower and television in bedroom. We prepaid for the room but then there was a parking fee so did not really save any money. The parking fee seemed excessive so will likely look at other hotels without this fee for next visit."
