"Exceptional staff"

"Very nice property great location pool was excellent check in was a breeze"

"We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Amazing Staff and Hotel and Room! the only down fall is no onsite parking, neighbourhood around the green p is a little sketchy. But great stay otherwise"

"Always such a pleasant stay here."

"Clean room, lots of amenities, great city views"

"Clean, restaurant was clean and amazing"

"Very enjoyable!"

"Both sinks in both of my bathrooms were clogged. I had them fix it but still wasn’t fixed. It was so gross brushing my teeth in a clogged sink."

"Really enjoyed a two night stay here. Staff really friendly. Quiet but not a ghost town as members would gone and go to various events. I much prefer a boutique hotel compared to the larger hotels around filled with people. Will book again if need to stay in that area of Toronto. Parking is on Simcoe St behind the building, there is a back door where you can access the building instead of walking to the front."

"Room was clean . The parking is very easy . All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and never busy . We couldn’t hear any noise from outside at the street . This is so close to St Micheal’s hospital which was so convenient to go visit our family member and then come back to rest for a few hrs before walking back only 1/2 block to hospital . Highly recommend"
