"For the price and location close to the airport and cruise port I would give this property a 5 stars. It is clean, well kept grounds and the shuttle was on time and efficient in getting me to the airport. The front staff is not the friendliest or most helpful but that is not really a issue since the property is nice."

"We booked this hotel as a “splurge” night before heading out on a cruise, expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve ever had. Our room was placed directly underneath a 24-hour gym something that was never disclosed at booking or check-in. All night long, it sounded like we were beneath a bowling alley. Guests were actively working out and dropping heavy weights onto the floor, creating constant, jarring noise that echoed through the room. What’s most disappointing is how this was handled. I was in contact with the front desk throughout the night via chat, repeatedly reporting the noise above us. At no point did anyone explain that we were under a 24-hour gym and that the noise would not stop. That information would have made a huge difference in how we handled the situation. Around 11:45 PM, we were offered a room change but by then, one of my children and my mom were already asleep, and my youngest had just been woken up by the noise. Moving rooms that late at night was not a realistic solution for our family. We did receive a $100 refund, but it does not come close to compensating for a completely sleepless night and the overall poor experience. This stay fell far below expectations, especially for the price point and how the hotel markets itself."

"I had a great short stay, There were plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a really pleasant and convenient experience I’d definitely stay again"

"Nice big rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Few airport shuttle was fast to pick up. We paid $20 for breakfast buffet per person. It was just okay. More like a continental breakfast. Staff were all nice and helpful."

"Our room needed a lot of attention. The furniture was dated and significantly scratched up, the drywall by the door in the bathroom door had chunks out of it, and the idea of a frosted glass bathroom door that doesn't latch doesn't seem well thought out. Lastly, while it was nice that beach chairs were provided there was a group on rhe beach playing inappropriate music (personal speakers weren't supposed to be allowed) and used the "N" word repeatedly in their conversation with no regard to the families around them and no one addressed it. We are very disappointed in our experience there."

"Clean room, bathroom a bit on the small side. Water in the shower/ bath was not clear and the pressure was aggressive. I liked the pressure but the output was a lot. A better shower head would fix this Didn’t seem to be rust from pipes that caused the unclear water, but nontheless was able to shower fine. The other negative was the sensor light behind the tv. While the concept was nice, it was quite annoying to have to keep moving towards it for light. Especially when there wasn’t a lot of lighting in the room overall. This wound be a nice feature if it wasn’t the main light source. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Chose the location for proximity to cruise terminal. Room cleanliness was ok, the carpet dirtied our socks and slippers very fast though. Front desk staff were the sweetest. "
