"We got luggage and called at 1020pm. Waited 40 mins for shuttle with two children under 4yo. Called again ,was told I have to wait there’s traffic in a rude tone. Waited 20 mins more. Was an independent van that said he would take us for $60. It was late and little kids we took it. Was no traffic whatsoever going to hotel. I booked this hotel because it had airport shuttle. Hotel fine. Shuttle Aweful!!!"

"Room was freezing thermostat read 28 degrees After someone looked at it, it was 80 degrees someone came up and said since the room was very cold ( I could of stored meat in that room)so someone bought up a electric heater which didnt warm the room out last night they offered to change our room I wasn't going to pack and repack and leave the next day awful stay"
