"The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments"

"All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly."

"This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! "Everything in my room was old and stained. The bathtub looked dirty and the blankets had holes on them. The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. The indoor pool was closed and around 8:30 am staff started knocking on people's rooms to see if they were empty. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service.
