"Our stay was great! For the price, the value was amazing. The location is great, it's actually nice being away from the zona hotelera. There are a few suggestions I have for the hotel management that caught me off guard, but other than that, it was amazing especially for the price. Suggestions: 1. The biggest thing was that the pool is NOT heated. We went when it was 65-75 degrees F, and the pool was pretty cold the entire time. We had to get a few drinks deep in order to swim comfortably....

"The entire resort was wonderful! We enjoyed everything from our ocean view suite, the beautiful pools and the all inclusive options. The Hyatt Vivid staff were excellent and they kept the resort spotless! Every evening they had Las Vegas style entertainment. We didn’t have one bad meal and not a single negative experience. We loved it and will likely go back again!"

I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...
