"What a beautiful hotel . Centrally located and walking distance of everything you need . Right on the ocean with 2 very nice pools , although not as large as other hotels I have stayed in . The monkey pool is like a winding river. The rooms are huge and clean . The tv selection is large with Netflix and Amazon . The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The beach is beautiful . What a great hotel . If you are coming from Phuket or Bangkok ( not just the airports) change money there . The exchange rate is lower in Samui by about 4%. "

The image presented was a key factor in our booking decision, and the actual room was clearly different. The hotel agreed to move us to a room that matched what was advertised, but required an additional payment of 2,000 THB per night. As we had already paid for the room as presented online, we had no reasonable alternative and paid an extra 8,000 THB for 4 nights. The hotel manager advised me to contact Expedia directly, as the discrepancy relates to how the room was displayed on your platform. As a loyal Expedia customer, I kindly request reimbursement of the additional 8,000 THB. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution of this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. "We had an amazing two night stay! We were so fortunate to receive an upgrade that provided a private pool. The room was very clean and spacious. In this case, we want to recognize Nang for her assistance checking in and arranging for a special room for us. This is our third time staying at the Nora Buri Resort. The breakfast was wonderful. Sun was so helpful during checkout. All around we were delighted and were sorry that we hadn’t booked a longer stay!"
