"This hotel is between a jail and a prison, but alot of cops in area. Helps make you feel safe. Ice machines were broke all week had to go to the lobby every time for ice and staff were rude about getting us ice. The room sleeps 4 people and there were only 2 towels in here and then you ask for more and and have to tell your whole life story just to get more towels that the room could only have 4 at a time. The hallways are not very lit up at night. The pool not very big or well maintained."

"The pictures provided in the advertisement are very gratuitous. The property is pretty run down. Our shower was full of mold around the edges and rusty around the drain in the tub. There were black droppings behind the toilet where it had not been cleaned. The sheets were scratchy and worn out. The carpet was stained. We chose the hotel for the electric car charger. "The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. Shuttle service to Universal was very helpful! Just know if you take the shuttle it returns at 5:30. We opted to not return at that time and took a lyft back for $7."
