"The parking situation was terrible. The parking garage was too tight, small, and expensive ($45.00) after I already paid for the stay at your hotel. I was awakened at 2:30 by some jokers driving the dumpster service truck in the alley right next to my room. They proceeded to get the truck stuck and spent the next 30-45 minutes constantly banging the dumpster (and lid while hanging upside down-that terrible, loud sound) folllowed by the back up alarm on the truck. Then a guy got out of the truck and started yelling instructions at the driver on how to "cut the wheels" to get unstuck for 15 minutes, which didn't work. All this at 2:30-3:00am in the morning. And bed in the room had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever attempted to sleep on. Needless to say, I got NO SLEEP in this room."

"Overall stay was great! 10/10 recommend booking the package with valet. Only complaint was the construction, we love walking around the hotel and seeing the beautiful architecture but that is not possible right now as the front lobby is completely blocked off. "

"Breakfast was mediocre at best, parking was controlled by a second party and recieved two violations within 18 hours of being there the first one an hour after being there. The first was paid but we still got another parking ticket. The property has no amenities other than breakfast. The property is so run down with only 1 working elevator we were on the 4th floor with bad hips and backs not walking stairs. There were a ton of damages in our room. No working bathroom fan, one pull down shade in the bedroom, no sink plug, the bathtub was filthy, the floors were not swept. Walls are thin. Was not worth the money that was paid to stay. It was a very disappointing stay. Will not recommend."
