We liked the location near Vatican City. We liked the heating and cooling unit in the room. The room was very small, but we made it work. The only channels on the tv were in Italian. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, croissant, cookies, over-ripe banana, apples, and yogurt. Gelato shop just outside the building.

Really friendly host who spoke a lot of languages and showed us cool areas to go. Comfortable room, and in a good place next to a lot of museums and attractions. He also made very tasty cappuccinos.

Lovely staff and a perfect place to collapse after three days in Rome. Less than a 10 minute walk to The Vatican and around d 45-50 minutes to The Colosseum or approx. £15 in a taxi. We couldn’t find to start with due to looking for a hotel. Find Mannys and to your right is a gate, you will then notice the name of the hotel on a plaque and you can get buzzed in.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy time in the morning and evening. Our location was perfect. We could walk almost everywhere and couldn't ask for better dining, shopping and exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He couldn't have been nicer. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

The owner and staff were available for questions and arranged car from cruise ship to Bed and Breakfast as well as to airport on departure which was convenient. I found using Uber was the easiest way to get around within 2-5miles when we didn’t want to walk (15-20 euros) lots of restaurants and sites near by. The room was sufficient. The bathroom and shower are small and need more counter/ cabinet space. The room and bathroom need to be painted, it would really refreshen up the room. It looked dirty, but it was just old and needs maintenance. There was mildew on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The shelf under the bathroom mirror needs repair it was slanted down and our items slide off it. The shower head should be replaced it didn’t stay in place when you moved it up or down. The breakfast was nicely arranged and served on the patio, fruit, toast, croissants, pastries, cheese, salami and meats were provided along with coffee drinks, water and juice. Hand and bath towels were provided, no face/wash towels were provided. If you are someone over 200lbs the elevator and shower will be tight. Overall, this B&B met our needs. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Lovely stay, hosts very accommodating. Even forgot my bag and had to travel bk to get at last minute responded to messages and had door opened for me to collect as had a train booked to make in time. Very friendly and lovely welcoming from hosts. Location perfect. Would def stay again

Cute, well kept, apartment-style room.

I really enjoyed my stay, it is an older establishment but it was clean and well managed. The staff were what made it amazing, I was able to reach out (and I did several times) throughout my trip and was met with nothing by kindness and prompt responses. It was perfect for my solo trip to Rome!

The room and bathroom were both very nice, clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful leafy terrace outside where you can sit and enjoy the lovely breakfast that’s provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here :)
