This is the best place to stay when in Rome! The rooms are large and clean, and the lobby offers coffee, snacks, and filtered water. The staff is amazing, and best of all, the location is within walking distance of almost everything, with the metro just 200 meters away! What is best of all is the price; my God, how do they provide such a wonderful place in the center of Rome for less the half the cost of hotels

Really clean and friendly hotel. Kitchen at the end of a corridor with some snacks and tea and coffee plus bottle water. Only issue we're some of the other guests were quite noisy coming in late at night and making a lot of noise, but that wasn't the hotels fault. Would recommend

Great and simple spot to stay for our last 2 nights in Rome. Room was fine, would have been a higher rating if sheets were a bit newer. Woman who met us was lovely and very communicative all along leading up to our stay. We had a situation with AC leaking, they immediately offered for us to switch rooms which we stayed in our room but was a nice gesture. Lastly, they drove us to the airport for an early flight with a competitive price and was so nice to have reliable, door to door service. Kitchen area was cute and enjoyed the little snacks.

This was a great stay. A great location if you want to be close to the Vatican but a ways to walk to get into the main downtown area of Ancient Rome (about 15-20 min walk to get to the edge). We had some trouble getting in at night. There isn't 24 hr check in so we arranged for entry at 12:30 midnight but ended up arriving at midnight and couldn't get hold of anyone to open the door. Finally someone else let us in.

The property manager was excellent and was very helpful to our needs. Air conditioning was excellent as well as the walk ability to get around. We were able to walk to every site of interest. Only drawbacks were the room’s fridge did not cool, but easily accessible was the communal kitchen that had a small fridge. Overall we were pleased with our experience.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic if your stay consists of a lot of Vatican City experiences. The area is very safe and close to the Metro, a great street for shopping and window shopping too. A hidden gem of a property (quite hard to find initially) and great for all Rome and the Vatican has to offer. The star of the stay for us was Carla. A wonderful host and concierge. She is very helpful and a great communicator. She will always answer any questions very promptly and is informative. A fantastic stay, would recommend to everyone.

A good basic budget room near the Vatican. Carla was very friendly and provided a warm reception. The rooms are basic, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Walls are fairly thin so if you have noisy neighbours this may be an issue, but nothing basic earplugs could hide. It’s in a great location, very safe and fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy beautiful Ancient Rome.

The staff are very responsive to questions. They even arranged our airport pickup. They also provided free light breakfast which is important on the go! It is clean, safe, and so close to St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums. What a treat! We will definitely stay at B Place Cola again. Thank you for helping make ours a great holiday in Rome!

Beautiful and very comfortable room, close to attractions, dining and museums, amazing staff that are very caring, helpful and informative, well beyond the average customer service received in Italy.
