Great location, staff very helpful. Room was ready early so they let us check in early which was great after the train ride. Minutes from Metro and Vatican.
Fantastic location, clean rooms and excellent staff assistance. Close to the metro, you can get to every attraction easily and or walk to everything easily. Host was very accommodating, will be back and staying again!
The room was clean and had enough space for myself and my wife. There was always espresso out in the hallway for us to drink in the mornings. It was a comfortable stay near Vatican City.
This place was an amazing place to stay. Very conveniently located. The staff welcomed us with a big smile. She was very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to ask questions or make requests, and they always helped us out. The room was clean, comfortable and all we needed. Access was easy; it was close to a lot of things we needed. They had an old, antique elevator, but hey, it worked. If I ever return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:
- Location
- Responsiveness of staff via whatsapp
Cons:
- Hallway smell like septic.
- Room smelled like septic.
- Wifi hardly works.
- Shower didn’t drain very well well and wasn’t very clean (hair on the floor).
- Toilet made flushing sound 24/7.
- No bottle of wine included as described in amenities.
- On a very noisy street every night until about 5:00am.
PS, we rated our first three places in Italy perfect 10/10s.
This is a perfect location for exploring Rome. We stayed 5 nights. The staff were very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. The Mozart Café which is 2 doors down is a wonderful place for breakfast and espresso with very friendly people. It is a 2 minute walk to Ottaviano metro station but most of central Rome is walkable from here within 30-ish minutes.
It was convenient & close to what we wanted it was clean and tidy every day friendly staff little bit noisy around midnight there was some sort of club across the road.
Great stay and slept 4 comfortably! The location was perfect to walk and see all the major attractions and enjoy the city. Very clean! WiFi was strong. Host was easily reached if there were any issues. Also there’s a doorman at the entrance for added security or questions.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Our neighbours were extremely noise and disrupting which wasn’t great but when I compliant the hotel manager sort the situation out quickly. The lift is small as well as the size of the room. Location wise the hotel is great.
room was clean and good size but I had reserved triple room for 2 people 2 rooms because everyone wanted their own bed also I requested before our arrival and when we got there there was only one bed on each room, we asked and they did converted the sofa bed for an extra bed but this was not what I paid for
personnel was friendly but NO front desk every interaction was made via text with staff
Staying here was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to trains, buses, and Vatican City. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As someone who values cleanliness, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and appreciated the nearly daily cleaning service.
The eco-friendly approach to providing towels every couple of days was a thoughtful touch and didn’t bother me at all. While the room faced the street and the walls were a bit thin, making it slightly noisy, it didn’t affect my ability to sleep.
The hosts were exceptionally kind, offering helpful suggestions for airport transportation and patiently answering all my questions. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer and coffee machine. Although a mini-fridge or microwave would have been nice, it didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction.
One important note: there’s a city tax payable in cash at checkout, so be prepared for that. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

No staff onsite. Room is very small. Elevator is 2 person max
We had 2 rooms one on the 1 st floor, the room was musty, smells like sewage and the air conditioner was very weak, any way even the room on the 3 rd floor was very uncomfortable the mattress was hard like a rock, you can hear your neighbors all night long, the host was not helpful as well, I don’t recommend.
