This place is unsafe to stay We were robbed of our cash and cards on Saturday afternoon Sept 26th and their is NO staff to support or present on property Casa Mia offered NO compensation ever after Rome Police were involved! Expedia needs to remove the listing permanently and advise other agencies Expedia should attempt compensation to us

I stayed for 3 nights a wonderful location near restaurant, public transportation and the Vatican. Very clean and spacious with a small patio to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you

The neighbor broke into our room, door wouldn’t close or lock. They refused to give refund. Had to find somewhere else to stay. I don’t suggest renting from these people. Having to dispute charges with credit card company

Reservation did not indicate checkin was only online not in person. Expedia listed it as a hotel but in fact it’s a hostel or AirBNB. I tried to checkin online but my passport photo would not load to Vikey their portal. I messaged the property re this but no response after several hours. My taxi driver and I arrived and tried to call the property phone number but no answer. So no admittance. And no refund.

We ended up not staying at the property, the courtyard was filthy and used as a break area/ chain smoking area for a local restaurants employees. I did not receive the check-in codes 48 hours in advance as promised. I did not have internet standing at the door and that was the only way to be able to access the apartment. I went to a local restaurant to get Wi-Fi and communicated same to the owner by phone and he referred me to another phone number where no one ever answered. I requested a refund and was denied. Stay away from Casa Mia Navona. I did find beautiful accommodations nearby at EFES Hotellerie. I highly recommend that property

This property has a shared common space- I don’t think the booking made that clear. Your room is private with its own bathroom and it’s secure, but kitchen and living space and terrace are shared. We dealt with two property managers during our stay. Sean was incredible and answered every question and concern. He made our stay worth it. Jose was supposed to be our point of contact. He was unresponsive and the least helpful. He had issues at check in and requests for airport transport and issues when we arrived late and the electronic key wasn’t working (all keys are operated through your phone. No physical keys) Sean saved us by providing a manual code for us when our phone wasn’t working. Thank you Sean!! We did like the property- I would suggest a shower curtain in the King bedroom- the window into the shower provided zero privacy, so that was awkward. It was clean and quiet. Very walkable too.

Great location,can walk to lots of sights from here.Grocery store is only a couple blocks away but is a little hard to find with very little parking if you have a vehicle.Tons of restaurants just outside the entry,coffee shop and other stores very close.Would stay here again just for location!!
