De inchecken gebeuren bij hotel Mirage..aan de overkant van de Tremini trein station ....ook de ontbijt is daar ...de ontbijt is basic maar genoeg ...je kan je bagage er opbergen indien nodig ...ze houden wel je id of paspoort als waarborg ...indien je dit nodig heeft moet je 20 euro betaal voor de waaarborg vd sleutel vd kammer ... guesthoese gaxy is er niet ver van kamer was schoon aleen de inkom area voor je na de kamer gaan heb een speciale geur area was veilig locatie goed en restaurante dichtbij .

Our beds were most uncomfortable and there was dust everywhere they didn`t clean well. The wifi was not that good. The bath had small amounts of mold. The towls smelled like old people.

Une expérience déplorable : établissement à éviter absolument. Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement via Expedia et le constat est sans appel : les prestations sont indignes d'un hôtel. Voici les points majeurs de notre mécontentement : Accueil et Service : Le personnel, particulièrement au petit-déjeuner, est agressif et irrespectueux envers la clientèle. La collation servie est médiocre : un café imbuvable et une viennoiserie à la fraîcheur douteuse (goût rance). Hygiène et Confort : L'établissement souffre d'un manque d'hygiène flagrant et d'odeurs nauséabondes. La douche est impraticable (alternance incontrôlée d'eau chaude et froide). De plus, l'hôtel est en plein chantier : nous avons subi les nuisances sonores des marteaux-piqueurs dès le matin, ainsi qu'un nuage de poussières et des émanations de peinture persistantes. Publicité mensongère Chambre quadruple ! La chambre louée pour quatre n'est en réalité qu'une chambre simple saturée par l'ajout de lits d'appoint inconfortables. L'espace est si restreint qu'il n'y a aucun passage entre les lits ; l'accès au couchage nécessite de ramper, ce qui est inacceptable. Équipements défaillants : Le Wi-Fi et le minibar sont hors service. Conclusion : Il est inadmissible qu'une plateforme comme Expedia référence un tel établissement. Ce séjour a littéralement gâché nos vacances. En conséquence, nous exigeons le remboursement intégral de notre réservation ainsi qu'un dédommagement pour le préjudice subi.
Je pose la question à Expedia si vous avez un handicap comme moi comment pouvez-vous ramper pour dormir sur ce lit inconfortable ?!!!!
Pour accéder aux lits il faut se mettre en file indienne ! Honte à Expedia !!!

Awful!

The rooms that we stayed in, were not actually in the hotel, but in a site about a block and a half away. There was no front desk, breakfast, or assistance available at the building where we were located. There was no air circulation, other than being able to open the windows even though air conditioning was part of the description. The employee who let us into the building, said that they do not turn on the air conditioning until June even though it was close to 90° during the day.The windows opened to a small courtyard down below where the dumpsters were housed. So it was hot, with no air circulation, and smelled like garbage for our entire stay. The beds were hard, the bedding was stiff polyester. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable stays we’ve ever had in a hotels.com property.

Dårlig beskrivelse

Hotellet beskriver sig selv med: 1. Værelse som er lydisolering 2. Minibar 3. Gratis morgenmad 4. Gratis toiletartikler og shampoo 5. Premium sengetøj 6. Hjemmesko Dette er dog ikke korrekt, man kunne høre alt, fra værelserne og opgangen. Minibar var der ikke noget af, der var et køleskab, som ikke virkede. Der var ingen morgenmad på hotellet, man skulle gå til et andet hotel, som serverede morgenmad mellem 8-9.30. Morgenmaden bestod at toastbrød, smør, en lille marmelade til deling, diet yoghurt, cornflakes, som serveres på underkopper/ små skåle og spises med en teske. Billedet af morgenmadsbordet, viste frugt, hvilket der heller ikke var. Kom man senere end kl 8.45, var brødet væk. Personalet var sure og forstod intet. Toilet artikler bestod af et stykke håndsæbe og 2 poser hårshampoo. Toiletpapir skulle man spørge efter. Sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet (vi var her 10 dage) Hjemmesko havde vi ikke brug for, men de var der heller ikke. Vi vælger vores hoteller efter om de har morgenmad, da det betyder så meget for os. Det var desværre ikke muligt for os at finde et andet at bo.

The room is really small, the breakfast was almost nothing , just a coffee cup and a croissant. The building is under renovation workship. Is nice , but it smell like humidity. At least it dos not value it cost.

It was not advertised on Expedia or explained that check in was actually at another location/hotel then you had to walk back to the address that was displayed on Expedia. I was very confused, it was so hot, I was carrying my luggage back and forth like an idiot. It was very frustrating. Luckily when I called the number the person working reception spoke English and explained to me where I had to go. Nonetheless it was confusing and irritating. Also nowhere in Expedia does it say that the tourist have to pay a city tourism tax payable only in cash. I barely had the right amount. The AC barely worked, there was a funny odor in the room. The room floor was not swept, there was dust and hair all over the tile. Also I'm not sure if it was the other people in the room right in front of us or the area/neighbors around but we kept hearinf moaning sounds all night. It was very uncomfortable and for many hours on and off. Would not stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights June 2023 heat around 27 degrees and we were informed that the air conditioner was not working. So hot in room at night felt ill told could not move to another room. Finaly after 2 days someone knocks with a remote for the air conditioner. I think they were saving on electricity. Shower cubicle had old soap pieces on tray and the inside of the doors had never had a wash plus mold. Breakfast was boring and in another building. Close to Rome terminal station but you pick up the keys at a different place. Nightmare.

We actually stayed at The Mirage (the Galaxy is an annex). Absolutely brilliant location; all travel options within minutes. Reliable lift with space for two and suitcases. Great night's sleep in comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious room. Staff were lovely; very helpful and we were able to buy our air coach tickets at reception. Left luggage facility very convenient on our last morning. Very pleasant breakfast. Great restaurants nearby. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Pick up your room keys at a separate hotel

The Hotel Galaxy doesn't have anyone there to check you in. They don't advertise that. After you look for parking and there is none, and drag your luggage to the listed address...you find out no one is there. Instead there's a sign with a phone number. I called it, then was given directions to another hotel address on the next block. It's not convenient, nor practical, to have guests check in at a different address than what's listed. It was a bit of a nightmare. Also, the building is very old. The keys get stuck and I would not stay there again.

Расположение удобное, в 3 минутах от вокзала Термини. В этом же доме пиццерия Адриано, где вкусно и недорого! Номер оказался очень маленький, развернуться вдвоем сложно! Не соответствует фото. В холле и номере сильный запах канализации. В ванной нет полок для ванных принадлежностей. Но убирали ежедневно! Интерьер понравился.

Fui em viagem com a minha namorada, chegamos ao hotel para fazer o Check in e ninguem nos abria a porta e achamos estranho depois de uma chamada percebemos que o check in teria de ser feito num outro hotel localizado a 700 metros até ai tudo bem pois a informação estava na reserva e foi erro nosso. Quando chegamos a recepção disseram que não tinham a nossa reserva confirmada no email deles que tinha sido feita com 1 mês de antecedência, queriam nos colocar num apartamento a 20 min de comboio do centro que recusei e apenas nos deixaram fazer o check in as 18h que era quando tinham um quarto disponível. Em relação ao quarto, exactamente igual ao das fotografias. Atendimento muito pouco profissional e arrogantes.

Needs improvement

Personnel could not speak or understand English. The sheets were smelly. The walls of the room were dirty and had mould at some points. One night someone was trying to unlock our door. We called the reception because we were scared and the receptionist could not understand. It proved to be the neighbour next door who was probably drunk.

Great location

Great location near Termini station so easy to get around the city from there. The B&B is in an apartment/office building so doesn't really feel like a hotel, we never saw any other guests and there's no front desk. Nonetheless, it was good value and the room was clean. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together though!
