Can’t beat the location. Checking was easy and although they said they would be closed by 1pm Sunday for check in, I think they stayed until we arrived about 2:30pm. Communication was great, I had all the necessary info to check in, if we were further delayed. A little noisy, but you’re in downtown Rome, wear earplugs to sleep. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, had everything we needed. Didn’t partake in the breakfast, gone early each day. I would stay here again ;)

Great place to stay, a few minute walk from the Pantheon , also to other major attractions. We arrived on Easter Sunday, staff had already left for the day, but I had great communication with the owner. He left us a step-by-step email on how to get into the building and into our room and find our key. They offer a great breakfast in the morning however, every day our start out for adventures we left very early. They were so nice to leave us food in our room the night before so we would have something before we would leave in the morning. I’ve never had that done before. Restroom was great with a very large shower room was clean. The staff was very caring and provided us with helpful tips as this was the first time we were in Rome and treated us like family. I would definitely stay there again. The building was very secure and safe thank you for providing us such a great time.

This is a wonderful little b&b and pretty much checks all the boxes. It's in a great location. They clean the room daily and provide fresh towels. The breakfast is good even though we didn't eat there most days due to having places to be before eight. The staff most of all were gracious and accommodating. The only reason for me not to give it four stars is due to noise. For whatever reason you can hear whatever is happening in the alleyway like the windows are open even when they're not and the blinds are closed. I would wake up several times a night because of a loud bang or people shouting. I could always get back to sleep but for someone who struggles with that then this might not be the best property.

Beautiful spacious and quit room, very clean, wonderful service, sufficient variety in the breakfast also for a vegetarian, good quality products in the bathroom. Centrally located: ideal to visit everything on foot. Maybe 2 suggestions: Next to the toast bread I missed some real bread. In the room I prefer to have the availability of a bathrobe and slippers, especially in the winter time.

We're so glad we found this place. We've been to Rome several times. This location is hard to beat. Right next to the Panteon, 5 min walk to Piazza Navona, 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain and 20 min to the Spanish steps and the Vatican. Soooo convenient!!!
