The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

The pictures were very misleading, the bed was dirty, weird smell and there was water/hair on the floor. The free breakfast was not really a breakfast just some packaged food again very misleading. I checked out immediately and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Great place for the price. Its cozy and the two staff members are so friendly and helpful. It is exactly what you pay for perfect for Solo travelers and amazing location. Less than a 10 min walk for Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain.

Every staff who I met was kind and welcoming. This hotel is located in a slight slope. It’s near to walk to metro and bus stop.

This is conveniently located close to everything. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Has everything you need for Rome where you only go to room to shower and sleep. Don't expect fancy but expect good service and location. They have juice, toast, yogurt and amazing Coffee right in your room ready for you. It was just right!

I chose this property because its published check-in time is 9 AM, but when we arrived at round 11 AM, the front desk lady said the room was not cleaned and so not available yet. We were very disappointed because the check-in time is not as what it was promised. Also, there was no safe in the hotel room which we were disappointed too. The hotel was a little bit hard to find too. Other than that, the room was spacious, air conditioner was working very well, and the front desk lady was very nice.

We couldn’t find the hotel bc 1 email had 1 address another email had different address. Room was small. Half the lights in the bathroom worked. Fridge didn’t work. I notified 4 timed & issue was nit resolved before our departure. We were never showed how to get to breakfast. Pictures didn’t match what I thought I booked. Very disappointed!

Ideal location in the city, fine for just a sleep over. But wasn’t the cleanest. No milk for tea or coffee, Not enough butter for croissants. Walls must be very thin, as we could here the woman next door on the phone and a man snoring.

Never saw or spoke to anyone at the reception desk multiple times during out short stay of one night. Everytime we went by there was no one there. Then I received an email later that we didn’t check in. Our key was left on the counter instructing us to let ourselves in.

Advertising on the hotel was very misleading. The distances to main areas where further. They had advertised breakfast included. You received a prepackaged croissant in a bag and that was it. Drink not included you had to pay per item. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

As we arrived we were informed that they did not have a room available for us… so they told us to go to a hotel around the corner and was assured that it was nice. When we looked up the hotel it was a third of the price we paid to stay at Hotel 2000, there was no breakfast included, no bathtub… the list goes on. The staff was very friendly and their English was great, but we feel as if we did not get what we paid for at all. Would not recommend.
