This is a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of everything. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and delightful from check-in to check-out. The view from our room was world class. Breakfast was included and the attendant was one of the kindest and most pleasant people I have encountered anywhere in Europe. Highly recommended

Tidak Disukai: Kebersihan, staf & layanan, fasilitas, kondisi & fasilitas properti
They moved us 3 times because there was a broken elevator in the building. Only to put us in the ambassadors suite with bed bugs and ants. Then the manager or front desk attendant says she would like to comp me a drink at the bar!!! REALLY!!!! There are so many other nicer properties in Rome - look elsewhere and do your self a favor and save yourself the headache. On top of that, no one now replies or answers my calls on whatsapp or email to see what they would do to avoid this review from going up.

Apt was amazing. It was about a block away from the check in location, but the location was amazing. Corner windows allowed for a great view of local activities/restaurants. The morning breakfast was delish and staff was prompt to take drink orders and offer assistance. Check in and check out was unfailing and rapid. I highly recommend this location. 5 ⭐️ all the way!
