"Great breakfast options! Great location! Friendly staff! Has elevators! Room was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended"

"There was a random exercise bike in our room. Extremely weird. One night stay and we didn’t want to take the time to change rooms. Hotel was ok, but paid way too much. This is a 3 star at the most hotel."

"Airport shuttle was convenient. Room had black mold on the bath tub fitting. The bathroom door would not close. Phone didn’t work. Hairdryer didn’t work. Someone tried to breach our door early morning while we were sleeping. Very disturbing! Check in had three people at the desk and a very long line of unhappy folks waiting to register. When asked, they said “oh, it’s always like this”. Seems like they just don’t care! I would not stay there again."

"Great team"

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"Convenient location to airport. Good restaurants near hotel"

"Very conveniently close to main attractions, quiet, safe location. Very helpful staff, good room size , good breakfast. Good value. Recommend! Note: if you use a white taxi it drops and picks up from the hotel door; if Uber you must walk about 50 yards. Hotel can arrange for limo transport at relatively decent price, but you must pay in cash…do the white taxi!"

"Breakfast was fabulous, staff friendly and helpful, room clean, very basic, a 1-queen-bed room is tight for a couple. We had to change rooms because the first one had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. No food service other than breakfast, except for an array of overpriced vending machines crammed into the lobby. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient, but cost extra, plus there was a small additional tax that was not covered in the Expedia booking. Overall, a successful but very utilitarian...

"Fabulous location, right in the heart of the historic center with dining options everywhere. Great breakfast buffet."

"Very close to airport; the manager organizes airport shuttle much cheaper than the airport taxi. Rooms are simple, but comfortable enough to rest in between trips. breakfast is good."

"Perfect. But no coffee in rooms or lobby!"

"Very convenient location. Room is clean . Staffs are very nice."

"From the minute rear, arrived at Hotel Golden, we felt at home. Giuseppe, the Owner of the establishment was so kind and generous with his accommodations and his helpfulness. We felt like family. The accommodations were Lovely. Everything was clean, and the family were so accommodating. It was wonderful to stay in a place that was family. Owned and operated. We felt very safe. The location was perfect to walk the nearby shops and enjoy the local food and market. I hope to travel to Italy...

"Wonderful hotel in a great location in Rome. Close to Roma Termini rail station and the Metro. Quiet and lovely common areas. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Nice Live Music at night. Advertised with air conditioning but because we were there in late October staff said it was "not season" and thus no AC. They did bring a fan to our room and it was comfortable. Rooms are advertised with bathtub/shower combination but our Deluxe Room only had a shower. Would have loved a...

"We stayed at the Gregoriana while in Rome in late October. Our room was quite spacious and, except for a couple aesthetic issues, was adequate. The carpet was very stained and while it may have been clean, it didn’t feel like it. The shower was very “tight” and a significant step up. So, if any mobility issues it would be very difficult to get into. The paint was peeling in the shower and elsewhere in the room was showing some age. The bed was very comfortable. We had read some complaints about...
