"The hotel was clean and served its purpose for my one-night stay. The A/C unit worked well in my room. The front desk receptionist was professional yet lacked warmth. I was charged an $18 parking fee to park my car in the Best Western’s own lot which I found to be unreasonably greedy."

"The apartment was EXTREMELY small, the pool and other amenities on the rooftop; especially the furniture were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay.
ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...

"Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside.
I paid $915 for three nights in a “luxury apartment,” but it was not. The furniture was cheap and worn - the “double sofa bed” was just a piece of fabric stretched over a wooden frame with no padding left. The mattresses were thin (6”?), the shower mat was dingy, the toilet brush had visible remnants from the...
