"The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. "

"Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park.

"The room was very clean and big enough for us and our toddler, although i don't see how it could sleep 5. The facilities offered in the room were also great, for example there wasn't just tea and coffee, there was also a coffee pod machine, but i would have also liked to have seen hot chocolate.

"Kettle unusable it was in such a disgusting state, wasn't thoroughly cleaned first impression stinker of cigarette smoke.
It's give shoob for the teens cause everything was just poor quality.

No broom or vacuum, things you need to maintain a flat was missing. We had left some personal items and the communication around finding them was awful.
I would never pay this rate for this place it has potential put currently the condition of a well used student flat. Would stay...

"Part of it is that I am American and we consider air conditioning, wash clothes, silent ceiling fans, a refrigerator, and free access to ice to be standard. None of this was the case at this hotel. To make the lack of air conditiong worse is the noisy ceiling and no way to get adequate ventilation in the room except to prop the door open to sleep. That let's in are of dubious quality further desicrated by nasty smelling air "freshioners" plugged in, in the hallway. Also fair warning, the toilets...
