"The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. "

"Brilliant hotel.
Room was lovely and very clean.
Slight issue with getting into the room as it is an electronic door handle which I had never come across before but that's my ignorance.
Next time I stay in liverpool this hotel is the first place I am going to try and book.
Location is great, right by central station and concert square with a convenience store over the road."
