"It’s self-check in, so if you arrive earlier than expected, there’s no turning back to pay the additional amount for an early check in and the staff don’t respond to messages to alter your choice. Even going through Expedia’s help line was to no avail as management didn’t respond to them either.

"Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...
