"First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. "Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"Room is adequate and clean, jacuzzi was definitely cleaned. Pillows were unsleepable (thankfully had our own already) staff was just there. No amenities at all (wasnt expecting any though) just a place to sleep. hallways all smelt like cigarettes though even tho it says no smoke. "

"While affordable, this hotel was not the best. Elevators were slow, so we often used the stairwell, which was quite dirty with clumps of dirt throughout. Would be easy enough to just get someone out there with a broom to clean it up. Breakfast was very disappointing - powdered eggs, no fruit to be seen, and lackluster sausage. Our room wasn't in the best shape either - with the ceiling by the shower looking like it was getting soggy."

"This place was surprising! Nice clean room. Very helpful and attentive staff. Nice gym and indoor pool ( although we did not have time to use either). Nice restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, a very nice breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place. "

"Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

"The room had a strong musty mildew smell, and the TV didn’t work. The young lady at the front desk gave us another room across the hall which had the same smell. She said “no one was available to fix the TV she was there alone”. The room, bathroom & linens were clean and for breakfast there was a very good selection. "After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up.
