"Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. We had several fun conversations with them, and a couple of times found myself feeling like I was talking to an extended family member (Ayman and his strong feelings about diesel and electric cars comes to mind, as well as Julie and her careful breakfast service). Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."
