"Great service and staff, beautiful location and onsens."

"Beautiful resort with great hospitality and amenities. The only critique I have is that, especially for this price, I feel like all guests who request the shuttle service to/from the train station should be offered it. It was very difficult for my husband, baby and I to get to the hotel without it (especially because no taxis/ubers were available) and when we wanted to go to use the shuttle on the way back to the train station, they said it was fully booked. They ended up eventually being able to accommodate us, for which we were incredibly grateful, but there was a lot of extra stress and pleading with the front desk to be able to get that confirmation. This was the only tarnish on an otherwise wonderful, relaxing stay. "

"Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Good breakfast. Dinner is expensive if not included in the room rate and there are limited options in the town. Communal area with snack and drinks was a pleasant surprise. "
