"Only complaint was both stays, curtains are messed up. Only sheers unable. And because im not an exibitionist, i had to find clips to get proper "privacy" its a quick fix, im sure others had a complaint. Breakfast was acceptable. Do i want to try a 3rd visit ... 👎 "

"Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well!"

"The Harpeth is a lovely property and the only hotel in the historic downtown of Franklin. The 1799 restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind and worked to overcome every issue.The hotel itself is quite nice; the balcony rooms are best."

"We stayed here back in November. The beds were like clouds with soft mattresses and fluffy comforters. Price was ok for 2 nights at $330. So we booked another 2 nights. We work the local flea market 4 times a year. Fast forward to April 2026 beds hard as rocks, comforters heavy and stiff, bathroom was fitted with the wrong shower curtain so taking a shower left the floor drenched, I almost fell getting out, plus they charged me $100 more than our last stay.
