A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...
