"Lots of noice , we were in a room main floor next to a restaurant , very loud and kids running around all evening didnt seem to be watched much by parents. The room was beautiful except it looked out at a restaurant and you could hear the noice."

They held my room for me and let me check in at this time and then offered me a late check out which I really appreciated. Very supportive and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was nicely laid out, kept up-to-date and comfortable. My issues pertain to a few things which I believe can be easily remedied. 1) The fan on the heat A/C unit continued to run (albeit, more quietly) which was annoying as it was a bit loud. 2) Would be nice to have semi-sheer curtains under the mail curtains as the room faces west and was super bright and warm but closing the curtains made the room too dark. 3) There was not one vegan option on the dinner menu. "Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Whenever I encountered a problem, it was solved immediately. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast would be better with hash browns. The staff that run the breakfast make sure everything is running smoothly. If someone spills anything, it was immediately cleaned up. "Rooms and building are all in excellent shape. The pool was closed all five days we stayed at this property. Breakfast provided was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Many mornings there was no cutlery Very little condiments Very poor selection of items. Staff did not seem concerned with these issues when it was brought to their attention. "Great location right downtown - the building has a lot (A LOT) of security - staying with colleagues who were all on different floors - u cannot access any floor ur not staying on - so to have a work meeting u need to use the lobby (which is great!) or meet I.
