"March 20-22 was our third stay at Alt Hotel Brossard. The staff here are exceptional. Friendly, fluently bilingual and willing to help with whatever you need. Example my husband needed a seat for the shower due to a mobility issue and it was accommodated. The hotel room is quite small, night table on only one side which can be inconvenient. Shower stall is also quite small. Just things to consider when booking but would recommend otherwise"

"They had problems with their system and still going on. very difficult check in process. they lost the booking. booked again. charged. then during check out they insisted that they couldn't provide an invoice although we paid directly to the hotel. Front desk person insisted that we didn't know the process. After contacting Expedia, Expedia also confirmed that hotel has to send invoice. their supervisor also confirmed but still no invoice. they keep sending wrong check out information. too much...

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the location is ideal—situated in Old Montreal, just a one-minute walk from the Basilica church. Although parking is located across the street and not directly affiliated with the hotel, it was still very convenient. "We only stayed for the night after coming in to Montreal on a late flight. The room was modern, large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. I would stay there again!"

"Le petit déjeuné était parfait ! Par contre la chambre était de médiocre qualité, oreiller toute défait, le système de chauffage de la chambre est vraiment très bruyant. De plus, des lumières extérieures juste à côté de notre fenêtre de chambre éclairait notre chambre pendant la nuit malgré les rideaux. Nous n’avons pas passé une bonne nuit malheureusement. "
