"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel in Hurghada was horrific.
1. Birthday Dinner Ruined by Poor Service
One of the most upsetting incidents happened on my birthday. I sent my outfit for laundering and was given a specific time for its return. I made it clear to the staff that I needed the clothes for my birthday dinner that evening. Despite this, my outfit was not returned on time, and I was forced to cancel my birthday dinner. No apology.

"The property was very clean, staff friendly, food was fair and the venue was nice. Honestly everything was very nice. The only bad things I have to say is that the shower were hard to use, the water pressure is insanely high and temperature is hard to gauge. Also the fact that there's only Internet included in the lobby, room Internet is extra was a bit of a surprise. Other than these minor points, everything is great!"

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met.
The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing!
