"The staff were great, really friendly, happy to help, chatty and gave us a nice evening. Really pretty setting, we could watch the water from our room, the room itself was really nicely decorated, we had cute dog themed touches, nice and clean, we couldn’t say anything bad about it. "

"Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home."

"Arrived late at night for early morning flight. Staff attentive and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so unable to review those but the room was comfortable and clean. "

"They put me into the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs in a room with no radiator BUT a fan from Argos approx 10 in tall was the only form of Heat =ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !"

"Yes the parking was convenient and free. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Frome and the food was excellent."

"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."

"Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and already booked to come back again. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Free parking is also a bonus. Just a few minutes away from the showground where they hold antique fairs. Jeff is an excellent host and cooks amazing meals. Looking forward to going back again soon. "

"Very well maintained , staff all top standard , breakfast - cooked and contintntal options were all good. Slight minus point re. the coffee -slightly lower quality than expected. ALso - would benefit from non slip arrangement in the shower. Otherwise very happy ! "

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"I didn't have breakfast.so i cannot comment. The parking was easy access in and out. And your car is safe and secure in the multi storey. "

"Would not say it was worth the price looks to be an old school repurposed. Beds are not comfortable very springy. And layout was odd, not even a mini fridge in the room, TV was useless not able to play Netflix or YouTube nothing"

"Super clean, modern, nice-sized standard room. Great location - don't let proximity to the main road put you off as we stayed in a room facing the road, but the windows were very well insulated - barely heard a thing! Good value."
