"The Apex Motel was a perfect location for us while visiting Bath. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities like a refrigerator, a safe, hairdryer, etc. staff was friendly."

"Disappointed that the spa was only available to guests between 8am - 10am and from 7pm-9pm. Other times was a charge of £70ppp day. The hotel is lovely but a couple of notes: floor tiles all cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom layout meant access to the shower over the bath was a negotiation and would have been tricky if you weren’t fully mobile. In general, great location but at the price I’m left a little disappointed. "

The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. "The place was very convenient for Bath, and the breakfast was great (although the restaurant service was ver slow) but the lock on our door was broken so we had to leave the door unlocked for our whole stay. "

"Warm welcome when we arrived and shown to our room which was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view from our balcony of the river and surrounding fields. Food was excellent and a good choice of beers. Dog friendly which was very important to us. Park and Ride to Bath CC was so convenient and close by. We will definitely stay at the Boathouse next time we visit Bath"
