"This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. "We really enjoyed our stay. We had the Amazon (luxury) room and it was great. Loved the bed ! Firm and really comfortable! Soaker tub and complimentary wine was also nice. Freddy in the restaurant and all staff were great. We walked to centre of old town from the hotel within 10-15. We felt safe in and around old town Quito.
