"This property offers amazing beaches, things to do and very nice rooms. The resort is perched on a very hilly property so LOTS of walking is involved (or you can wait for a cart to drive you up and down the hills). I loved the number of steps I got in a day but if you have mobility issues or do not love walking, this might be a barrier. We stayed very active with gym, yoga, pickleball and water sport options so loved the choices to stay healthy while at an all inclusive. Staff were amazing and friendly. Food was just okay...not terrible but not amazing either. The best food I ate was surprisingly at the buffet. The other downside is that you are limited to eat by the times the restaurants/buffets are open. No room or beach food service (squirrels and birds VERY aggressive for food on beaches) so we found ourselves planning around that more than we would have liked. First world problem for sure though! Lastly, we ended up having a travel delay and the resort immediately extended our resort privileges so we could store our luggage and still use the resort into the afternoon of our check out which was VERY appreciated. Overall, GREAT place to stay!"

"Our first experience with an all inclusive. Staff was great, food was okay, manly cold even the room service. The jarring earthquake alarm randomly went off at 0330/0400 and when I brought it up I was told they were maintenance which I do not believe as there was no communication to guests and those test would not be done at early morning hours. Location as with all of Huatulco is beautiful, ground were lovely and well cared for. Beautiful place, but was a little disappointed with us getting sick and the alarm. "

"We had a great time one week stay at this hotel. Our rooms were very clean and the staff were attentive as they provided excellent customer service. The quality and selection of their food from their onsite restaurants was very good. I personally enjoyed having my meals at their coffee/sandwich cafe. We enjoyed sitting outside by the poolside which had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. It was not a deal breaker, but we were disappointed that their gym/exercise room didn’t have properly equipment. "

"We had included breakfast in our package, which was 2 fried eggs in salsa, fresh fruits and a drink. Hotel 8 minutes walking to beach Chahue which is not swimmable and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz which is good for swimming takes 10-15 to walk downtown or taxi ride for 50 pesos"
