"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"Rooms were dirty when we arrived. We asked for room service, but was told would have to wait 2 more days. Asked for towels and was told they had none. Got some the next day. Very limited parking. Not enough lot parking for the rooms on property. Plan to park on the street if you don't get in early enough."

"Super friendly staff made my check in quick and easy. Room was large and comfortable. Only complaint is the AC fan didn’t have a lot of power and took awhile to cool the room to my desired temp. Aside from that. I will be saving this location for future travel."

"We did not like anything at all. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. We walked into a weird building in the middle of nowhere with nothing insteresting surrounding the place. The room was very tiny with huge pieces of furniture, very ancient looking and extremely stuffy. In one room, they had jiant bed and cabinet, no use for it at all, and portable shower with no privacy. It was waist of our trip and money."

"After I checked in found the room stinky and dirty. It was night so I lived with it. Found a kids shoe and crumbs under the chair. The next day they gave me a different room but would not discount my stay or refund something for giving me a cheaper room."

"We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. We got there on a Wednesday and the lady who checked us in was super helpful and sweet. Our room was nice and clean as well. There is no mini-fridge in the Lodge rooms, but there is a communal fridge at the end of each hallway to store leftovers and drinks and such. "The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. However, the traffic noise was almost unbearable. Sound proof windows are needed. The TV would not allow me to connect to prime, therefore didn’t use the TV. The breakfast was so so. Overall, the value was not commensurate with what we paid. We would not recommend using this hotel."

"This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views. We love that is pet friendly, their kitchen is very well stocked with them providing coffee, creamer, eggs and toast (for you to make, there is no staff at property) for guest use. My biggest and only complaint is the a/c unit, they have an old school window unit and sure wish they would...

"The room itself was clean and there was a lovely pond and walking path in the back of the property. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the common areas, not clean or well maintained. We always stay at Courtyard Marriott and this was not the usual standard. The hotel was warm and stuffy, soiled carpets and littered. There was also no coffee or food service available until after 7am which is quite inconvenient for early risers."
